Benjamin Blake was a British Old Masters painter who was born in 1757 and died 1830. This piece depicts a hare and pheasants in a larder. It was completed using oil on canvas and includes a beautiful period gilt frame. The colour remains strong to this day as the piece is in excellent condition.
