C 1860’s Superb 9 Patch /Irish Chain Variation Quilt with Vining Border .

Clean and in excellent order for its age. 

Hand appliquéd leaves on a lovely vining border. Expertly hand quilted with feathered wreath, grid and scrolling leaves designs. Detailed border which has a tiny inserted indigo frame. There is a little wear on some of the edges but this is minimal.
